Ingredients:

Feel free to substitute THRIVE Kale for the THRIVE Spinach, and use your favorite THRIVE fruits.slice

Directions:

  1. Layer ingredients in order, into a pint wide mouth jar (or just into your blender!). Add 2 cups of Cold Water, and 1/2 to 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend it all up and enjoy!!

If you don't drink milk, just substitute almond milk in place of the water in the recipe (and omit the instant milk in the recipe)
